I got a cold!
It's so painful! The weather is always change recently. Sometimes very hot, sometimes very cold. So that I have got a cold. Now I have very serious running nose, when I sleeping, I feel I can't breathe easily and I also can't sleep well. Oh! Now I wish I can feel better as soon as possible because got a cold is so painful and I can't focus on everything!

"cold" Is an adjective so "I got cold" describes the temperature.
"I got a cold" means you got sick-- which is what I think you meant.
